Y'All?
Please explain, however mis-leadingly, that the following is mistaken.
Remember hysteresis?...photons cannot change direction without INTERNAL FRICTION...photons in a laser beam cannot change direction when they march parallel, rank upon rank, in total conformity....
until they smack into something EXTERNAL.
Very tenuous to say photons have no experience of time when they do experience sequential events such as changes of direction within media or physical topology.
