It can be done...there are always concessions to
our shared data pool. I, for example have not
personally verified the earth's and sun's
paths through space...still,

If we agree on basic facts
such as that
1) the horizon moves up every evening
2) it drops back down every morning
3) the sun exists even when we can't
see it through the clouds
4) they've been doing all that real regularly

Then proof should be easy...just SAY
1) "watch. I'll prove it." (and next morning )
"See? It did!"
- or -
2) "we are tuning paradigm boundary parameters"
- or -
3) my favorite: "Unless acted on by a great deal of force, the sun and the horizon are presently on a course to do exactly that and on time, too!"
