Re: Energy Of Conservation

Alex,

I'm not disputting the effect of UP upon the conservation of energy. What I'm saying is that energy conservation is violated for a brief period (I thought I already said that?).

For example, can't a virtual proton and anti-proton be created having normal proton mass, yet their existence is exceedingly brief (i.e., within the margin of the UP time and therefore not measurable)? Isn't this phenomena an apparent violation of energy conservation but is allowed within this short timespan because energy conservation is preserved once the virtual pair annihilate themselves?

Nature violates one principle (conservation of energy) in order to preserve another (uncertainty). How is my conception incorrect?

Warm regards, Harv
