Enegy is entangled with time, so it's value is simply does not exist with high certainty within any time interval. The shorter the time interval, the less certain is the energy defined.

All self consistent and is a result of mathematical relationships (Fourie-transformations: energy is a Fourie image of time and vice versa, so they can NOT be defined with infinite certainty separately, their certainty is entangled mathematically).
