Expansion Of Space Is NOT Expansion Of Atom (or Structures).

Since atom is just a solution of Shredinger equation, its size (maximum probability to find outer electron) is determined by h, e, c which do not change with time - thus the size of a meter stick stays the same.

Same with size of planets, stars, galaxies - their sise being solution of equations involving gravity depends not only on h,e,c, but also on G which does not change with time too.
