Are you saying that americans do not like to think??? Or that they can not think (no-brains?) I see. Well, then there is nothing I can do here - if they are igmorant (or like to remain ignorant), then they of course do not understand how nature works (math and physics) and fill huge gaps in their knowledge/education by santa clauses, gods, guardian angels, evels, ghosts and other garbage.

I clearly see it in this forum and among many of my students. You are indeed right, my american students are more lazy than my foreign students and are indeed as you said "no-brainers" comared to foreigners.

And indeed, even on professional meetings and in the publications of the professionals (american scientists) I see sometime disappointingly wrong statements about BASICS of physics, resulting from "no-brainer" approach. And then far-fetching WRONG conclusions about existence of gods or other superstitions (afterlife). Wrong, because it is derived from the WRONG statement of that "scientist" (like non-conservation of energy, or like evolution violating entropy increase law, etc).

So, vivat "no-brainer" education?
