It seems that we mean different things by "math" or "being mathematical".

What I mean by math is "can be assigned (labeled by) numbers to"

Any object in universe can be at least in one of two states : 1) exist , or 0) not exist.

No, let's as ourself - what is mathematics, or when does math start, or what do we mean by saying that this object is "mathematical object".

If we define math as ability to attach labels "0" or "1", then any object capable of being existing or non-existing becomes by definition mathematical object. Therefore then math defined this way starts even BEFORE an objects comes to existence at all (non-existing object is labeled by the symbol "0" then).

So, if you have an object which can not EXIST and also can not NOT EXIST - then you win: such object is NOT mathematical (can not be assigned fundamental mathematical symbol to begin any mathematical act). Anything else is mathematical by definition of math.
