About the fact that at close look at anything "physical" it becomes just another mathematical property of more fundamental object/phenomena. Does not it seem that all we see and touch (all "stuff" as you call it) does not "exist by itself" but is a mathematical consequence of another object/phenomena which in turn is itself a mathematical of another... and so on?

Is not that a "structure without beams or any other physical entities at all - purely mathematical structure we call universe". Yet it has look, touch, mass, color, smell, sound, etc. -which are just various mathematical properties of this structure.

And what do philosophers call a philosophy branch which reflects this fact?.

(If such branch does not exist yet, you may start it. Establishing "new school of thought" with plenty of opportunities for publications, grants, conferences, memberships, workshops, better position, new journal, some fame, etc.)
