Alex,

It appears that Alexander Vucinich (not you I suppose), I believe at the University of Pennsylvania, has referred to this subject as 'mathematical idealism'. Here is a reference:

Soviet Marxist scholars in the 1920s posed few obstacles to Russian mathematical work, being disunited and paying more attention to "mathematical idealism" in the West, in areas such as logic and set theory. The late 1920s saw Stalinist pressure to establish ideological control over all branches of mathematics.

I think this name by Prof. Vucinich is probably an appropriate one.
