Absolute Speed Of Light?

As a Black Hole forms, light particles/waves bouncing off its surface at the moment the event horizon forms are frozen, they don't move forward, they don't fall in. They form the event horizon.

Abandon Hope all ye who enter here.

The closer you are to a body the greater the effects of its gravity on you. The closer infalling matter gets to a Black Hole, the more it accelerates. At a certain point infalling matter accelerates to the speed of light. As it gets closer, does it accelerate beyond the speed of light?

Does light that has bounced off the surface of the Black Hole after the event horizon has formed fall into the Black Hole, or is it also frozen in time? Does Relativity survive the formation of a singularity?
