It comes in a mach set with the weightless elevator and the infinite power engine.

This does elude to a question though.

At what point does the uncertainty principal come into effect?

If gravity waves have a wavelength then there is a limit to the accuracy of the information which can be conveyed by them.

Is there a condition in which the vector direction would be evident?

How about for an object which is close to a black hole event horizon?
