...you think that because Einstein was extremely clever and came up with an original theory that nobody else had thought of, the scientific community had psychological problems? That is one of the most absurd things I've ever heard. The history of science is not all about Einstein. There have been countless scientists who have made great contributions and been truly creative (e.g. Feynmann, Dirac, Gamow). What really gets me is that you think you can judge an entire community of people with the little information you have about science and the history of science.

You don't see me going around saying that lawyers or construction workers have psychological problems. This isn't about being better than anybody, it's about you making judgements that are grounded on nothing but ignorance.
