The error in this logical sequence is the elimination of portions of the quantum theory effects while imposing the remainder.

Before the boxes are separated the particle condition which will be found when the box is opened has already been determined.

Quantum restrictions on motion and time restrict when box A can be opened.
Box A can only be opened at time T = X, X+1, X+2,... Which will always yield the same result.
Box B can only be opened at time T = Y, Y+1, Y+2,... Which will always yield the complementary result.

The conditions at the time of opening have been determined when the boxes were created.
The information which will be observed will be carried with each box.
Regardless of which time is chosen ( of the quantum times allowed ) the results will be the same.

If this experiment is repeated box A1 and box B1 may have different results, however the results for box A1 and B1 were determined at the point of creation of box A1 and B1.

In this way the information is transferred with the box and does not require information to transfer faster then the speed of light.

Well time to go, my wife is scheduled to use the computer on odd hours and I am scheduled to use it on the even hours.

(This last part is intended to be a joke, please don’t check my post time.)
