Hawking-Bekenstein radiation is not proved except conceptually and is based on negative energy. An anti-particle does not carry negative energy, it carries positive energy that is released as gamma should it encounter its partner. H-B radiation has not been detected from any black hole to my knowledge and negative energy remains undetected and unable to be produced in the lab. It just may not exist. Anti-particles do contribute to a black hole's growth. Or has someone proven (produced) negative energy when I was not looking?
