Daniel, that is where you are wrong.
Material that is gravitational captured by a black hole are not traveling at the speed of light. First and foremost, if an object is captured and is circling aroung a black hole, not only does the object need a velocity greater than light, but must be oriented with a certain angle. This critical angle plus velocity greater than light will allow the object to escape. However speeds greater than light is not possible. Material that is sucked into the black hole is not travelling at the speed of light. It starts travelling when the object reaches the sigularity point. As the objects gets further in a black hole the speed increases, eventually to that of light! This is a fact!
