It is not enough to believe that Jesus was God or capable of granting you salvation. That's much too easy and really just the first step. If you do not also believe in what he teaches and keep all the commandments he taught you to keep, you will not get salvation.

All will get into heaven which is a blissful state where all you found unsatisfactory on earth will be satisfied. But then you will be reborn and given the chance to satisfy all the commandments again on earth.

If your earthly life is satisfying to you and to Jesus, you will be given salvation, and also more work to do. Then you will enter another cycle of birth and death but now on a spiritual plane, for there are many levels, seven heavens in Judiaism. through which you live and die, and work your way upwards towards god. Living is both doing and thinking. Spiritual progress involves much work. It is not a gift that you do not earn both by good works and belief.

Sincerely,

Richard
