dont those things seem all to simple? all too .. simplistic?

We can send a man to the moon.. numerous space missions..and suddenly we are having trouble with unit converstions and recognizing gravity acceleration?

Russia's two probes to Mars.. to circle mars and inspect the moon Phobos, Phobos I and Phobos II both had myseterious and abrupt failures.

Phobos II however was also had France as a partner in the mission. Not long after the failure of Phobos II and its evident severe damaging.. the last few images from Phobos began to circulate. One showed the shadow of something else in orbit with the satellite as it was alligning with the moon. The last image showed a projectile coming AT the satellite as its cameras were rotating to focus on the moon.
