They also did not had a probe that supposedly had the landing mechanics fail to initialize and the parachute was triggered too late..and they failed to convert between metric and english meashurements.. yada yada yada.

NASA has suddenly become highly unprofessional and has failed to test these mechanisms and software even given the added benefit of enhanced computer capabilities to simulate the operations of all software.

You REALLY think all these sudden errors "FLY" and are reasonable? Suddenly we go to Mars and NASA can't even keep a handle on units conversions? That is basic stuff..

Given what I've found on Mars and the previous evidences of Russia's own Phobos I and Phobos II failures, NASA's current explanations sound like a plausible smoke screen... covering up outside causes for failures.
