The Ashtar Command is present overhead everywhere upon our planet. There are thousands and thousands of spacecraft in their many fleets that make up the Ashtar Command. They are the Etherians, and theirs is the authority that controls the entire Space Program for planet Earth.
These space people, who come in love and peace in service to our world, have long endured the ridicule and foolishness of our media. They patiently await our acceptance and friendship. As the decades pass, there are more and more signs in the skies of Earth that our glib talking officials are unable to deny. For an awakening has come at last to Earth's population, and an awareness of the purpose of help of a high order coming to humanity, ever closer and closer, every day that passes.
The Ashtar Command would like to speak to our world leaders and the spokesmen of our great assemblies, and CHALLENGE them to trust their words and believe in their presence, and begin to accept the help which they bring to our world. The worldwide problems that beset the United Nations on every hand, can be solved in the unity and cooperation of Earth's people with our friends from other worlds in space. The latter extend the hand of friendship and an offering to share their intelligence and research, their assistance in all the programs that are underway for the benefit of humanity.
