Hi, im now thinking of buying an LX90 to replace my old Newt' but ive heard that it isnt very good at astrophotography. I dont want to do hour long shots, just keep a recod of what ive seen but of a decent quality (Messier objects etc) . I dont mind playing around with the images to improve them (like overlapping pictures) but i dont want to have to use like find guide stars etc. If i had an LX90 could i just attach a digital camera to the ep and casually take snaps?

I have looked at the LX200 but at £1200 more its nearly twice as much!!!

Any advice would be very welcome!

Thanx, Ben
