| Meade Telestar 114AZ...buy It?????

There is a second hand store where I live, that has a Meade Telestar Model 114AZ, D=114mm and F=910mm F/8 for sale for 50 Bucks! All I have is a small Jason telescope I bought for my kids about 2 years ago. We live in Germany at the moment in a prime "no light" setting. Is this a good purchase? I am really tired of just looking at the moon and Venus, will this be a good step up for the price? Thanks, Terry |
