Our last few postings show some progress. He claims to be some kind of doctor. And we have challenged each other to state what we think about evolution and back up our claims with legitimate books of science.

In the meantime I am developing some understanding on subjects that I had not really thought about before. Like is god perfect. I think we have enough evidence to make a rational decision about that.

Since I am a theist. I hate to think that the atheists on this forum regard him as a typical theist. Well, I guess I am not very typical am I. I want to develop a brand of theism that can stand up to rational scientific thought. And this more than any other is the firum for that purpose. But it also has to stand up to fundamentalist thinking.
