Exactly. Faith is belief with lack of proof. So, it is a mental exercise, correct. Psychotherapy. I argue that belief without proof is an assumption and any opinions built on a foundation of faith are inherently unreliable. The tenets of any faith, or of my claim that an invisible dragon lives in my garage, are equally provable and equally valid.
