My dear Mario,

My Reply:
After preschool I rendered myself incapable of pretending.
Subject matters are interlinked. It seems to me that some one is asking me to type the book and post it on the web. (This I will ask the publisher or the author to do. Ok?) So please, for those who wish to read a real book then, place your own orders. For those who wish to obtain a book for free on a web page they may have to wait a while.

Whenever anyone poses a question to you, you either change the subject by asking an irrelevant question as in this reply to Alex:
My Reply:
How so? What question did I ask? I was only responding to the concluding sentence of that particular posted message that you have chosen to refer to.

My Reply:
Old? How so? Diversion? How so? I am just sharing information that leads to additional knowledge. If some people wish to use this forum as a chat line I would have to plea no contest because I am driven to it by having to respond to complaint such as the above. As for the links I send they are somewhat diverse and as for being bias one could state the same about the limited knowledge that is made available in the classrooms!
Any one who wishes to obtain a copy of the book for free please direct your request to the distributor. They may find a second (damaged copy) that they can give away. Or ask your local library to invest in a copy for you to borrow.
As ever humbled
Jisbond
