Aurino,

I should say that computer memory may be accessible in biological form (which is now being worked on). I can see that memory being accessible someday directly by the brain (afterall, we already have improved our eyesight with glasses, our hearing with hearing aids, and now bionic technologies, etc). Whether we can instantly learn by some add-on module to the brain is much more speculative. There is no precendent for that far fetched idea.
