That is how close is human DNA to chimpanzee DNA - our mearest living relative in nature.

Our blood types are almost identical, our anatomy is the same, even our social behavior is the same (apes compete to be leaders/ranked members and sometimes even murder, they steal from each other, they fool each other, female apes like mirrors, cloth and cosmetics, they (female apes) even trade sex for food, shelter and protection, and basicly the only difference between us and chimps is that we have slightly more advanced brain which allows us to speak and to think abstractly. Ant that is about it.

Of course, we and all living stuff around us is in constant change - evolution. Tomorrow (in next generation) our DNA will be slightly different, and in a couple million years - significantly different than our DNA now. Tracing gradual (and sometimes more abrupt) changes back you can trace us back to smaller than apes mammals, then back to rat-like creatures, then to marine animals, then to single-cell creatures, then to bunch of organic molecules, then to bunch of inorganic molecules, then to bunch of atoms, then to hydrogen/helium mixture in interstellar gas, then to hot protons and electrons in Big Bang era, then to quark/lepton plasma, then to inflating e/magnetic field, then to false vacuum, and so on (yet to be discovered) objects. Evolution. I would say, mathematical evolution (because all physical laws are actually mathematical laws).
