You should know then, that first of all a thing, such as wine or carrion, may be pronounced unlawful from its very nature. What I mean by 'its very nature' is that the cause of its being pronounced unlawful is a quality inherent in it. Intoxication and death. If we were asked concerning these two things, we would not hesitate to say that they were absolutely unlawful, and would in no way think of allowing carrion to be eaten in time of desperation, nor ever think of permitting the drinking of wine when a person starts to choke over a mouthful of food and finds nothing with which to swallow it
besides wine.

To me it sounds very interesting because most people - even doctors - will agree that a choking person needs to cough or blow the food out and that many have died in trying to drink intoxicant(s) to resolve a choking problem because it slows down the brain and slows down the reflexes and kills the choking person. One has to only take an educated guess to know the reason behind the above statement. Alcohol destroys the brain tissues and the liver tissues. Alcohol is not a good option to clear the passage to the lungs when every one should know about the special maneuver that saves the choking person.

To those who see that which can be allegorical in the scripture(s), or the hearsay statement of others, I have only one recommendation: Most people when to stop fooling themselves with ideological questions and get to the root of the matter which is do that which is right because it has been proven to be right and it works.

So if any one here wishes to try and give an intoxicant which is called a poison - by those who call Alcoholism a disease - to an innocent person who is choking or even a child let them know that I too do not recommend It!!! Alcohol is a silent Killer for some and a deadly poison for others to profit from!!!
