"If you commit a crime which harms a child of GOD, you will go to hell"

This maybe the case unless you repent. You are also assuming what God would do to someone, when you actually don't know. If you read the bible you will find many scriptures talking about that God looks in our hearts. So what if you commit that crime thinking it's the right thing to do? What if you are certain that God would want you to do it?

And if you knowingly do it, but repent, then you can be saved:
Luke 15:7, "I tell you, that thus there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner that repents than over ninety-nine righteous ones who have no need of repentance,"
