For example, the echolocation systems of a bat. I doubt that all the independent biological systems required for effecient echolocation (sensitive ears, advanced direction-deriving, the mechanics to produce the clicks, etc.) all evolved independently. That would be like a tornado moving through a junkyard and assembling a working 747.
