Exactly as Lorents transformation shows. So, we see moving away in all directions from us rest of universe as red-shifted (and all clocks in the rest of universe run slow compared to our clocks -and the father away the slower due to higher speed of recession). Exactly the same is what observer in far corner of universe sees - he sees OUR clocks moving away from him at high speed thus running SLOWER that his clocks. Lorents transformations are completely symmetric versus who is moving from whom - both see each other clocks running SLOWER.

By the way, if you move TOGETHER with you fast moving friend (with the same speed and in the same direction), then for you his clocks will NOT run slow.

So, after corrections of clocks (and red-shifted photons) on relative velocity of motion between observer and source, all physics seen in far corners become exactly the same as here on Earth -atoms show exactly same spectra and galaxies orbit each other with the same rate as galaxies nearby.
