Call it platonism, primitivism, mathematism, religion of math, etc.

We (in science) call it PHYSICS: how seemingly unrelated variety of objects and phenomena in physical world are created and are ruled by mathematics (out of a very few fundamental objects like space, time, energy). And what "design" of Universe and objects in it is allowed by math (conservation laws and other) and what not, what properties should objects (like photon, or magnetic field, etc) have and what properties are forbidden by mathematics.
