John, I will sadly concede the above portion of your post, as my own failure is frequent.

However, there is a bit of irony in the similarities of the two events. Both rely on the the belief in something that niether of us, or anyone else here, has witnessed.

Both involve the animation [or re-aninmation in the case of Christ] of life-less matter. I find this amazing!

Though, in the case of the Resurrection, there is a good record of witnesses, many of whom gave their lives in ways we could only imagine, for what they believed.

Why do you your faith in something that provides no hope of salvation?
