In my opinion, science will never fully coincide with truth, as long as we stubbornly cling to scientific naturalism. That is, everything can be reduced to matter, energy, the physcical laws and chance.

Let me ask you this. If, in all of human experience, there has never been an instance where a complex information system arose through an unguided process, on what logical basis do we exclude intelligence as a source of biological information systems?

This is an axiom of the wooden-nickle variety, that defies logic, rather than being a foundation for reasonable inquiry. To me, at least, it is remarkable [if not dismaying] that it has been sustained for so long by so many otherwise intelligent people.
