Please Define When You Are Dead

In terms like:
1. when your heart stops
2. when your brain waves stop
3. when you stop breathing
4. when your body decays
5. when you go unconscious
6. when you go into a coma
7. when nothing in your body is alive

We can have a more rational discussion if we know what you mean by death. And then we can define life on the same basis.
