our two prevailing sciences(oops i should have included biology) have no way to prove (yet) that there are souls. i dont think all researchers are out to prove that souls do not exist. i think that many believe in them but would still like some tangible proof and are therefore actively trying to prove scientifically that they do exist. but i feel that untill there is proof that the jury is out on this subject. a person who feels that they are a product of reincarnation is just as hard to swollow by the scientific mind as the idea of god and resurrection.
so do souls not fit into these sciences? do they not have mass? do they not have chemistry? do they not have physical properties? are they complety undetectible like "dark matter"? first of all proof that souls exist would be a good start in believing whether or not there is reincarnation.
