Identical Twins With Very Different Personalities = Evidence?

What little experience I've had with identical twins suggests that generally they are different enough that close friends and family can tell them apart, but, unless the twins make a definite effort to look and act different then casual friends can't tell them apart.

Even if you found identical twins raised in as identical a fashion as is realistic, I doubt that finding their personalities very different would be a good argument for reincarnation. Aren't there other naturalistic explanations?
