What you have posted is a supposed truth, NOT a definition of the word "truth"!!

I asked for a definition of the word so that we might be able to use the word in a communication.

Words have no meaning in and of themselves! The only meaning they have is that agreed upon by the supposed communicators. If they do not agree on the meaning of a word, they cannot use the word in any rational communications (other than to point out that it is a code token which has no meaning!)
