Don't understand the question. If the river floods, then eventually that stream will become a natural relief river.

A great place to find stuff is Niagara Falls, but you have to scale down the hill by the Whirlpool to find stuff, because along the walked paths, all the stuff has been taken. I found some good crystals on my first venture down. I'm going to do it again, this time walking out to the Niagara Escarpment.
