Neo, the reason we are here is because a few billion years after the big bang our planet formed with the correct balance of elements and the right distance from the sun. This was the key to life on this planet. Evolution is the key to humanity being here. God on the other hand is a myth created long ago to explain things the people saw. Now that we have better grasped the use of logic and science, we can actully explain these things that were previously attributed to God. So the basic answer is if we were not alive would we think of god, NO, of course not. My personal belief is that as we learn more, more and more people will fail to believe in a God and believe in themselves and science instead. Just the way it ought to be. |
