Exactly, atomic clocks... nanosecond cloaks measure time in accordance with the movement of atoms. Yes, clocks go slower if u go to the top of mount everest or whatever mountain. Could be the theory that it`s moving away from the the center of the earth or it could be that atoms move slower in the cold and faster in the heat. Whatever the case is who decides that the movement of atoms is relative to time? As mentioned before time is a man made theory to record the movements from one point to another. It is man made. All theories and proofs of time are according to our universal ideas. Take a picture and look at it a week later, it was an occurance/action that had previously happened. That`s all. Time is our way of saying that happened a week ago. That`s all it`s for our reference from one point to another. I have to agree with Phil.
