I think corrective action is an absolute necessity at this time. But I do not see how a space program could provide the action. What we need is for Russia to have such a healthy economy that they gain from participating in the world economy, rather than having nothing to lose from destroying it. We have to keep them from having nothing to lose. I do not see how a space program could inject enough money into their economy to rescue it. |
