Hi Yanniru, I understand the hesitation, but what I am proposing is not like the current joint space programs, but one that is of such a magnitude as to eclipse all other matters into secondary importance. What I mean is an effort on the scale of necessity, as if our very existance already depended upon it, but with the advantages of alot of consideration for saving the planet while we undertake it, and also stimulating the entire world economy...
