Hmm...
It seems that you`ve been learning much about Hindu. I must admit that Hinduism teaches us about many things deal with health. I often do the meditation, a simple one. I don`t use any mantras, I just think of God and try to forget my problems. After several minutes, I can feel my own aura and see whether it is balance or not. After meditating, I feel fresh and I can think more clearly.
We`ve talked about the chakra, still, I can not find the definition of it.
Now, a simple question for you or others:
"What is chakra ?" God must have the reason why He gives us them in our bodies.
