However, when one thinks about it genetic engineering could much more easily wipe out the human race than the H-Bomb. Yes I know that now the bomb could do a really good job, but Some humans could survive. (After all in all honesty who is going to nuke some of the smaller island chains in the south pacific.) While a genetically engineered virus could spread much faster thourgh out all of humanity ensuring its extiction. Now I also am not saying that we should stop genetic engineering, but I think that like the H-Bomb it is something that should be approached with extreme caution.
