Which of the Bible's Commandments must be enforced among human beings by human beings more strenuously than other Commandments on Earth?

Show charity to the Lord your God with all your heart all your soul and all your mind.

And the second is like it show charity to your neighbor as you do to your self.

Violation of these two commands is the worst sin.

Other sins like adultery violates both of these directives.
Adultery breaks your marriage vow before God, and puts your own best interest before your spouse
(neighbor).
