There is little chance that anyone can prove you wrong.

On the other hand you have very little chance of discovering anything interesting and the text is somewhat worthless to you as you will only let it say what you already know.

If the text is wrong it may undermine a belief system you have.

If the text stands up to interrogation you may find more then you can have imagined as I did.
