Here is the essence of your argument:

"If one hypothesizes that the electromagnetic fields are responsible of our sensations, emotions and thoughts, the only logical conclusion would be that also our television, our washing machine, etc. sometimes would be happy or depressed. In fact, from a scientific point of view there is no difference between the electromagnetic fields present in our brain and the ones present in those objects"

Frankly, this does not sound like the thinking of a PhD. Later on you say that since science cannot explain consciousness, it must come from god. That's more like the thinking of a creationist, not one schooled in science.

My conclusion is that your hypothesis is incorrect and your logic is faulty.
