If you collapse the waves to the photon state rapidly enough, the waves never develop. It is the EM waves that travel at the speed of light in a vacuum, not the photons. Photons can travel at any speed. Do you believe waves exist. No one knows for sure if it is waves or photons or both, or Bohmian mechanics that exists.

BTW, did you notice that I already lost interst in your artificial consciousness. One bit of truth deserves another.
