"artificial consciousness is artificial system theoretically capable of achieving all known objectively observable abilities of consciousness".

1. ability to create a necessary rule in all circumstances when it is possible based on the information it gathers

***What does that mean?***

2. ability to predict the external events in all possible environments

***Humans cannot do that***

3. Prediction means that processes what fit in the environment would survive, this comes from selective deleting and also generating all possible systems what fit with others.

***Strange definition of prediction. Perhaps computers can do that but for sure I cannot and I believe I am conscious. It seems to me that you are madelling species survival rather than consciousness***
