I always am kind of amazed (though I shouldn’t be) at the variety of humanist beliefs.
Many will usually hold weakly to Christian teachings, and all the while they fail to heed the Holy Spirit and the warning from Jesus against such.

Take their understanding of even Jesus, for example. They often fail to recognize that He is God (as well as man) and ascribe their own human feelings and ideas to Him.

While humanists were around at the time that Jesus was first present as a man on the earth, today we continue to have these same like-minded people, so dedicated to a their own interpretation of the Hebrew bible that they will not allow the Holy Spirit to guide them. As the Hebrew bible told us, there is nothing new under the Sun.
Some will even falsely claim that all fundamentalists cling to the notion that God will still order the deaths of infants and animals. Even to claim that such a broad sweeping false view applies to ALL born again believers that consider the scriptures to be complete and inerrant, you would think, would make someone take note of how foolish and irrational they are in their quick judgments, let alone interpretations of scripture.

No, some in the humanist camp of Jesus' day continue to cling on.
Do they sway people from the truth ?
Only those that don’t judge all things for themselves.

O pray you are one that judges(discern) all things.

May the God of Love and Peace allow you the opportunity to call Him your Father
through the trust you place in His Son alone to pay the sin debt you owe, which you can never pay. Jesus is waiting today with outstretched arms. Call out to Him, I pray.

May the Lord provide His wise counsel to all who seek Him.
